We are seeking an experienced IT Field Support Technician for an immediate short-term contract opportunity supporting the New Orleans area. This role involves providing hands-on technical support, troubleshooting hardware and network connectivity issues, and working with technical diagrams and infrastructure layouts.

  • Previous experience in IT field support, desktop support, or hardware troubleshooting.
  • Strong understanding of hardware troubleshooting and network connectivity, including wireless access points.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and infrastructure layouts.
  • Previous experience providing IT support in a healthcare environment.
