- Review standard and complex Client Recommended Investments across all impact themes, asset classes, sectors, geographies, and structures to assess suitability for investment
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulations, and provide guidance to other team members as needed
- Peer review investments prepared by other Associates and Senior Associates
- Coordinate investment document execution and facilitate wiring of funds
2 plus years of filling out investment legal documentation and exposure to venture capital investing

- KYC/AML process to invest in an LP Fund
- Review standard and complex Client Recommended Investments across all impact themes, asset classes, sectors, geographies, and structures to assess suitability for investment
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulations, and provide guidance to other team members as needed
- Peer review investments prepared by other Associates and Senior Associates
- Coordinate investment document execution and facilitate wiring of funds
