Inventory Clerk

We are looking for a dependable Inventory Clerk to join a warehouse team in Tualatin, Oregon on a Contract basis. In this role, you will help maintain accurate inventory flow from incoming shipments through order fulfillment, supporting quality standards, timely processing, and a safe workplace. This position is well suited for someone who values teamwork, takes responsibility for their work, and is comfortable speaking up with questions or improvement ideas.

Responsibilities:

• Process outbound orders by reviewing requests, selecting the correct items, packaging shipments securely, and preparing them for dispatch
• Support inventory accuracy by assisting with incoming deliveries, product returns, and routine stock counts
• Maintain organized warehouse operations so materials can be received, stored, and shipped efficiently
• Follow established safety practices, service expectations, and operational procedures throughout daily tasks
• Inspect items and order details carefully to help ensure accuracy, quality, and timely fulfillment
• Work collaboratively with team members across warehouse activities and provide support during cross-training and onboarding efforts
• Use computers or tablets to track inventory activity, update records, and complete order-related tasks
• Previous experience in inventory, warehouse, stockroom, or assembly line environments is preferred
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable standing and moving throughout the shift for extended periods
• Availability Monday through Friday during first-shift hours
• Basic ability to use a computer or tablet for inventory and order processing tasks
• Strong dependability, honesty, and willingness to take ownership of assigned work
• Effective communication skills, including asking questions, sharing ideas, and addressing mistakes promptly
• Ability to work productively in a team-oriented environment while supporting coworkers as needed
