Warehouse Inventory Clerk

Robert Half is seeking a dependable Inventory Clerk to support order fulfillment operations. This onsite, long-term contract opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment and is comfortable being on their feet throughout the shift. The role focuses on accurately picking, packing, and preparing essential supply items for shipment while maintaining strong attention to detail and consistency.

Responsibilities:

• Pick and prepare items from inventory to fulfill outgoing orders.
• Use scanning equipment or inventory systems to locate products and confirm order accuracy.
• Sort, pack, and stage materials for shipment or delivery.
• Handle warehouse items safely and maintain an organized work area.
• Move throughout assigned warehouse areas to complete tasks efficiently.
• Check items for accuracy, quality, and completeness before orders are processed.
• Follow workplace procedures, schedules, and safety guidelines.
• Maintain reliable attendance and consistent productivity in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in inventory support, warehouse order picking, or a similar material handling role.
• Ability to use handheld devices or scanners for inventory tracking and order completion.
• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods, including significant movement throughout the workday.
• Capable of lifting and moving materials weighing up to 50 pounds when needed.
• Strong accuracy, dependability, and attention to detail in a high-volume environment.
• Familiarity with inventory tracking, quality control practices, or assembly-line style workflows is preferred.
• Must be able to work onsite in Allentown, Pennsylvania on assigned weekday shifts.
