Responsibilities:
- Record incoming deliveries, confirm counts, and enter inventory movements into company systems with a high degree of accuracy.
- Compare system quantities with physical stock, research mismatches, and help resolve inventory variances promptly.
- Prepare items for outbound distribution by packing materials, labeling shipments, and staging pallets for carrier pickup.
- Organize warehouse stock efficiently through proper storage, material handling, and timely movement of goods.
- Coordinate daily shipping activity using carrier platforms such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS to support on-time delivery.
- Release and process customer or internal orders based on available inventory and established shipping procedures.
- Identify damaged, missing, or nonconforming materials and communicate issues to leadership for follow-up.
- Maintain orderly, safe, and clean work areas while supporting broader warehouse and production operations as needed.
- At least 2 years of experience in shipping, receiving, inventory control, or warehouse operations.

- Experience using shipping software and carrier portals, including FedEx, UPS, or USPS.
- Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail when handling inventory records and shipment documentation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
- Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively in a busy warehouse setting.
- Dependable attendance, consistent work history, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
