Inside Sales Representative

Robert Half is looking for an Inside Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, engaging prospective clients, and supporting revenue growth through outbound outreach, lead follow-up, and relationship building. The ideal candidate is motivated, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to prospective clients through phone, email, and other communication channels to generate sales opportunities.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads and identify client needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Present service offerings clearly and professionally to potential clients.
• Manage and update customer information, activity, and pipeline details in sales systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support lead generation and conversion efforts.
• Prepare proposals, quotes, and follow-up communications as needed.
• Meet or exceed individual activity goals and sales targets.
• Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity.
• Deliver a high level of customer service throughout the sales cycle.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales, business development, customer service, or related experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Comfortable with outbound calling and proactive prospecting.
• Results-driven with a strong sense of accountability and follow-through.
• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent professional experience considered.
