Responsibilities:

• Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
• Answer employee inquiries via phone and email
• Conduct new hire orientation and onboarding activities
• Maintain HR records and personnel files
• Assist with benefits administration and compliance activities
• Support employee engagement initiatives
• Prepare HR reports and documentatio

Requirements:

• Previous Human Resources experience required
• Strong phone communication and interpersonal skills required
• Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment practices
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
