  • Manage financial administration by reviewing accounts payable activity, monitoring expense controls, reconciling corporate card reporting, and supporting accurate billing and timekeeping practices.
  • Partner with finance and accounting leaders to investigate payment issues, resolve discrepancies, and introduce process improvements that reduce recurring errors.
  • Create and refine procedures for vendor setup, payment coordination, and service agreement administration to support timely and accurate transactions.
  • Maintain compliant employee records and oversee documentation practices that align with applicable employment regulations, including California requirements.
  • Administer employee request programs such as organizational approvals and tuition reimbursement, ensuring fair application of guidelines, accurate tracking, and clear communication.
  • Oversee the review, negotiation support, renewal tracking, and maintenance of contracts, insurance documentation, and related administrative risk management activities.
  • Lead planning and administrative coordination for company events, meetings, and conferences while managing logistics, communication, and follow-through.
  • Establish effective communication workflows across departments and coordinate administrative IT support requests to ensure issues are routed and resolved efficiently.
  • Support strategic projects and technology initiatives by coordinating implementation activities, collaborating with consultants and vendors, and promoting smooth adoption of new tools and processes.
  • Proven experience in human resources leadership with responsibility for HR administration, employee relations, and policy implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of onboarding practices, employee file management, and compliance requirements, including California employment-related documentation standards.
  • Experience overseeing administrative financial processes such as accounts payable, expense review, billing support, or timekeeping coordination.
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms and the ability to manage data integrity, reporting, and process improvements within HR systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage vendors, contracts, and external service relationships with attention to detail and accountability.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate across HR, finance, accounting, IT, and other internal teams.
  • Experience supporting benefits-related administration and employee programs while maintaining confidentiality and policy compliance.
