Key Responsibilities
- Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development: Proactively identify, research, and engage high-quality passive candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, technical communities, open-source networks, and other creative sourcing channels.

- Diversity Sourcing: Build diverse candidate pipelines and implement sourcing strategies that support inclusive and equitable hiring practices.
- ATS Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate candidate records, track sourcing activity, monitor pipeline metrics, and use data to measure and improve sourcing effectiveness.
- Continuous Improvement: Experiment with new sourcing tools, techniques, and engagement strategies to improve candidate conversion and hiring outcomes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or full-cycle recruitment, preferably within a high-growth technology company or startup environment.

- Strong knowledge of advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, X-ray searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and alternative talent discovery platforms.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage passive candidates through personalized outreach.
- Experience partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies and calibrate candidate profiles.
