The person in this role will help attract talent with relevant experience, guide candidates through each stage of the process, and support consistent, compliant recruiting practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and execute creative sourcing approaches using job boards, social platforms, networking channels, and community hiring events to connect with candidates who have relevant experience.
  • Prepare and publish engaging position announcements across appropriate internal and external platforms after receiving approval to move forward.
  • Review applications, evaluate candidate backgrounds, and identify individuals whose skills and experience align with hiring needs.
  • Arrange interviews and oversee scheduling details to create a smooth, well-organized process for candidates and hiring teams.
  • Present employment offers to selected candidates and support timely communication during the final stages of hiring.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment documentation within the applicant tracking system and ensure hiring activities follow applicable employment laws and regulations.
  • Create standard operating procedures for recruiting and onboarding workflows to strengthen consistency, efficiency, and compliance.
  • Partner with stakeholders throughout the hiring process to help keep recruitment activities organized and moving forward effectively.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field is required.
  • At least four years of recent paid experience managing full-cycle recruitment within the last six years is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to source talent, screen applicants, and coordinate interviews across multiple hiring stages.
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems and maintaining detailed, accurate recruiting records.
