Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (100% Onsite) Pay: $25/hour
Responsibilities:
Manage job postings and applicant flow. Respond to 50-70 applications per week. Conduct candidate screenings and interviews. Coordinate job shadow days, offers, drug screens, and orientation. Maintain communication throughout the hiring process. Source candidates through Indeed and other ATS platforms
Qualifications:
Previous recruiting or talent acquisition experience preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or full-cycle hiring is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to source candidates and manage multiple openings at once.
- Strong interviewing skills with the ability to assess candidate qualifications effectively.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills for interacting with applicants and internal partners.
- Solid organizational skills with close attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently while managing deadlines and shifting hiring priorities.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and standard recruiting tools.
