  • Provide benefits support by explaining available plans, answering employee questions, and helping resolve routine enrollment or coverage issues.
  • Perform audits and quality checks on HR documentation to confirm adherence to recruitment, screening, verification, and workplace compliance requirements.
  • Support employee transfer requests by coordinating paperwork, confirming process steps, and maintaining proper records for internal and external movement.

  • Experience with onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and general HR operations.
  • Working knowledge of HRIS platforms and intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office and other standard business software.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain accuracy, and meet deadlines.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, along with a customer-focused approach to employee support.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Understanding of compliance expectations related to employment documentation, leave administration, and workplace policies.
