Original job description
Make an impact across the entire employee experience. Are you an HR professional who enjoys variety, building relationships, solving problems, and driving meaningful change? We're looking for an experienced HR Generalist who wants more than a transactional HR role. This position offers the opportunity to influence every stage of the employee lifecycle while partnering with leaders across multiple locations. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, enjoy balancing people, strategy, compliance, and operations, and want a seat at the table as the organization continues to grow, we'd love to connect. What You'll Be Doing Every week brings a different mix of responsibilities and opportunities to make an impact. You may find yourself:
- Guiding employees through benefits questions, life events, leave requests, and open enrollment
- Partnering with managers to navigate employee relations situations and provide HR guidance
- Leading recruiting efforts for professional, operational, engineering, and other key positions
- Coordinating onboarding programs that create a positive first impression for new employees
- Generating workforce insights and HR metrics that help leaders make informed business decisions
- Supporting performance management, employee development, and leadership coaching initiatives
- Collaborating with payroll, benefits providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless employee experience
- Driving projects that improve HR processes, engagement, onboarding, communication, and overall organizational effectiveness
What Makes This Role Exciting
- Broad exposure across benefits, employee relations, recruiting, compliance, HR operations, analytics, and talent development
- Opportunity to work directly with leaders and influence business decisions
- Ability to lead projects and recommend improvements rather than simply maintain processes
- Varied and engaging work where every day looks a little different
- Collaborative environment that values ideas, initiative, and continuous improvement
- Opportunity to contribute to culture, employee engagement, and organizational growth
What We're Looking For
- Experience supporting employee relations, benefits administration, recruiting, onboarding, and HR operations
- Strong knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, and HR best practices
- Experience working within an HRIS platform, preferably Dayforce or a similar system
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across departments
