The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage several HR priorities with accuracy and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily HR activities that support employees and managers across remote, multi-state, and global teams.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment support, changes, issue resolution, and coordination with external vendors.
- Manage 401(k) administration by tracking eligibility, supporting employee inquiries, and partnering with plan providers on routine processes.
- Coordinate leave of absence cases and ensure documentation, communication, and follow-up are handled in alignment with company policy and applicable regulations.
- Partner with payroll contacts to help ensure employee data updates, compensation changes, and related records are processed accurately and on time.
- Facilitate onboarding and offboarding activities, including new employee documentation, orientation support, separation processing, and status changes in HR systems.
- Support performance review cycles by preparing materials, tracking deadlines, and assisting managers and employees throughout the process.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations and general HR questions, providing timely guidance and escalating matters when appropriate.
- Maintain HR records, monitor data integrity within HRIS platforms, and assist with general HR administration, reporting, and process coordination.
- Experience working in an HR Generalist or broad human resources support role with responsibility across multiple HR functions.
- Knowledge of employee relations practices, HR administration, onboarding, benefits coordination, and HRIS data management.
- Familiarity with supporting a remote workforce across multiple states, with the ability to navigate varying employment requirements.
- Experience assisting with leave administration, payroll coordination, and employee lifecycle processes from onboarding through separation.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines with a high level of accuracy and follow-through.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to support employees, managers, payroll partners, and external service providers professionally.
- Ability to work independently, stay organized, and handle confidential information with discretion.
