  • Advise employees and supervisors on company policies, standard procedures, and everyday HR practices to promote consistent application across teams.
  • Organize performance management activities by supporting goal-setting cycles, review timelines, manager documentation, and follow-through on required steps.
  • Assist with engagement efforts by helping administer surveys, collecting feedback, monitoring action items, and supporting internal communication initiatives.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities for new team members, including paperwork, scheduling, and orientation support, to deliver a smooth and consistent introduction to the organization.
  • Oversee offboarding administration by preparing documentation, coordinating departures, and helping ensure compliance with company requirements.
  • Provide operational HR support in areas such as benefits questions, open enrollment coordination, leave administration, retirement plan inquiries, and upkeep of employee records in HR systems.
  • Arrange training sessions and support HR communications and educational programs that strengthen employee understanding of workplace practices and culture.
  • Monitor HR workflows, reports, and administrative processes while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and standardization across operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in an HR generalist, HR coordinator, or comparable human resources role.
  • Practical knowledge of HR policies, standard practices, and applicable employment regulations.
  • Experience supporting employee relations, onboarding, benefits, or broader HR operations.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with employees and managers at different levels.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accurate documentation, data integrity, and consistent follow-through.
