Human Resource Specialist

Description

Robert Half is hiring an HR Specialist to support day-to-day human resources tasks and help create a positive employee experience. This role assists with hiring, onboarding, benefits, employee records, and HR policies. The HR Specialist works with employees and managers to keep HR processes organized and compliant.

Responsibilities

• Support daily HR activities and answer employee questions
• Assist with recruiting, interview scheduling, and hiring
• Help with onboarding new employees and offboarding departing staff
• Maintain employee records and update HR systems
• Support benefits enrollment and respond to benefits questions
• Assist with payroll changes and employee status updates
• Help with employee relations issues and documentation
• Support compliance with company policies and labor laws
• Prepare basic HR reports and paperwork
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
• 1–3 years of HR or administrative experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of HR practices and employment laws
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
• Experience with Microsoft Office and HR systems is a plus
