- Coordinate preboarding and onboarding activities such as documentation, offer support, scheduling, and orientation readiness to create a smooth start for new employees.
- Arrange interviews and assist with pre-employment steps, including background-related logistics and other hiring support tasks.
- Maintain employee data across HR systems, perform record reviews, and help ensure information remains complete, current, and compliant.
- Assist with audits, reporting, and control activities by validating data, organizing documentation, and supporting workforce-related compliance needs.
- Handle employment lifecycle transactions tied to exits, reductions in force, work location updates, and flexible work arrangement changes in accordance with policy.
- Update standard operating procedures, reference materials, and knowledge resources to promote process consistency and effective knowledge sharing across HR operations.
- Identify recurring service issues or workflow trends and recommend practical improvements that strengthen efficiency and the overall employee experience.
- Collaborate with HR business partners, centers of expertise, payroll, and other stakeholders to support dependable HR service delivery and operational continuity.
- Previous experience supporting HR administration, shared services, operations, or a similar high-volume transactional environment.
- Working knowledge of onboarding, employee record maintenance, compliance practices, and general HR lifecycle processes.
- Ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism, confidentiality, and sound judgment.
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees, stakeholders, and leadership.
- Experience using HR systems such as Workday and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint.
- Solid attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain quality in a fast-paced setting.
- Familiarity with reporting, audit support, documentation control, and process governance within HR operations.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and contribute ideas that improve workflow efficiency and service quality.
