Original job description

We are looking for an experienced HR Change Management Lead to guide people-focused transformation efforts for a Long-term Contract position. This role will shape and drive a structured change approach that helps employees and leaders navigate integration activities with clarity, confidence, and minimal disruption. The successful candidate will balance strategic partnership with hands-on execution, ensuring change plans are practical, well-communicated, and adopted effectively across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full HR change management lifecycle, from assessing organizational impact to supporting adoption and long-term reinforcement.
  • Partner with HR leaders and business stakeholders to align priorities, define change strategies, and address areas of resistance early.
  • Develop readiness plans that prepare managers, employees, and functional teams for upcoming organizational changes.
  • Work closely with communications partners to create clear messaging, engagement materials, and audience-specific communication plans.
  • Coordinate implementation activities to ensure change initiatives move forward on schedule and with appropriate stakeholder support.
  • Track adoption, gather feedback, and recommend adjustments that improve employee experience and strengthen outcomes.
  • Advise leadership on change risks, workforce considerations, and practical actions that support successful integration efforts.
  • Support HR-related transition activities, including updates tied to processes, policies, benefits, and administrative practices where needed.
  • Demonstrated experience leading enterprise or function-level change management initiatives within HR environments.
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations, HR administration, and core compliance considerations.
  • Background in compensation, benefits, and related people programs that are affected by organizational change.
  • Ability to influence senior leaders while also managing detailed execution across multiple workstreams.
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement, impact assessment, and driving readiness across diverse audiences.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate complex change into clear action plans.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in fast-paced settings where priorities may evolve quickly.
