The ideal Attorney will have:

• 2+ years of HOA experience
• JD from an ABA-accredited law school
• CA Bar license

This Attorney will be responsible for:

• Client interaction
• General corporate governance – reviewing and interpreting documents and providing guidance
• Drafting policies, rules, and new sets of CC&Rs
• Contract review and negotiation
• Architectural guidelines
