Guest Ambassador - Halloween Event

We are looking for a dependable Guest Ambassadors to support a Halloween event in Henderson. This Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming atmosphere, helping visitors navigate a busy retail environment, and delivering attentive customer service. The person in this role will engage with guests throughout the event, provide clear direction, and contribute to a smooth and enjoyable experience for attendees.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome visitors in a friendly and attentive manner to create a positive first impression during the event
• Guide guests to key event areas, nearby stores, and designated gathering points within the venue
• Answer questions from attendees and provide clear information to help them move through the location with ease
• Support guest flow in high-traffic areas to maintain an organized and enjoyable environment
• Assist with event-related retail interactions by helping guests locate products or points of interest
• Monitor assigned areas and communicate any guest service needs or operational concerns to onsite leadership
• Help maintain orderly presentation of event materials and merchandise in public-facing spaces
• Contribute to inventory awareness by notifying the team of low stock or supply needs during the shift
• Previous experience in guest services, retail support, or a customer-facing event role
• Strong communication skills with the ability to give directions and assist a wide range of guests
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail or event setting with consistent public interaction
• Ability to remain detail oriented, approachable, and attentive throughout a scheduled shift
• Capable of standing and moving through the venue for extended periods as needed
• Reliable attendance and punctuality for a 4-hour Contract assignment
• Experience supporting retail sales or store operations is preferred
