As the company continues to scale, they are seeking a motivated GTM Recruiter to support hiring across key revenue-generating functions and help build a world-class team. Position Description Lead full-cycle recruiting for Go-to-Market (GTM) roles, including Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies Source, engage, and attract top talent through networking, referrals, direct outreach, and recruiting tools Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines to support both current and future hiring initiatives Utilize AI-driven sourcing and recruiting technologies to improve efficiency and candidate engagement Manage multiple requisitions while delivering a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process Track recruiting activity, pipeline metrics, and hiring progress to ensure timely results Collaborate with HR and cross-functional stakeholders to support workforce planning and hiring goals Contribute to scalable recruiting processes and best practices as the organization continues to grow 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within a technology startup or high-growth environment Experience recruiting for GTM functions such as Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Customer Success, or related teams Strong sourcing and talent engagement skills with the ability to identify and attract high-caliber candidates Proven ability to partner with hiring managers and influence stakeholders throughout the recruiting process Experience managing multiple openings in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills Familiarity with AI recruiting tools, sourcing platforms, or recruiting automation technologies preferred Self-starter with a proactive mindset and ability to adapt in a rapidly evolving environment Why Candidates Will Be Interested: Opportunity to join a cutting-edge AI company experiencing significant growth Direct exposure to business leaders and hiring decision-makers Chance to help build teams that bring innovative AI solutions to market Contract-to-permanent opportunity with long-term growth potential
