This is an opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to venture capital and private market investments while working across investment operations, transaction coordination, documentation, and process improvement. You'll play an important role in keeping investment activities organized and moving forward, while helping the team build more efficient and scalable processes.

What You'll Do:

- Coordinate investment activities, including subscriptions, capital calls, redemptions, and ongoing portfolio maintenance.
- Organize and track investment agreements, onboarding documents, and other transaction-related materials.
- Manage internal trackers, calendars, and reporting tools to keep deliverables, deadlines, and outstanding items on track.
- Work with custodians, fund administrators, external investment managers, and internal teams to coordinate operational needs.
- Assist with funding activities, wire preparation, and tracking cash movements.
- Support secondary transactions and other investment-related projects.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, streamline processes, and make better use of internal systems.
- Help develop and maintain procedures and documentation as the platform continues to grow.
- Bring a high level of accountability, organization, and attention to detail to daily responsibilities.
- 1–4 years of experience in investment operations, fund administration, or operations within an investment firm or asset manager.
- Exposure to private markets, including venture capital, private equity, or fund-of-funds, is strongly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Liberal Arts, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to keep multiple priorities moving.
- Clear and professional communication skills when working with internal teams and external partners.
- A detail-oriented mindset and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.
- Genuine interest in private investments, venture capital, sustainable investing, or investment operations.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and taking initiative when needed.
Why You'll Love Working Here
- Great Team & Stability: Join a stable, well-tenured team of genuinely nice people who enjoy working together and are invested in helping one another grow.
- Competitive Compensation: Annual discretionary bonuses plus an additional profit-sharing plan
- Strong Benefits: 6% 401(k) match, fully paid employee medical premiums, and a generous HSA contribution.
- Work-Life Balance: 12 weeks of fully paid parental leave for either parent, 15 days of PTO, generous company holidays, and additional personal days.
