Full Charge Bookkeeper – CPA Firm Industry: Public Accounting / CPA Firm Compensation: Commensurate with experience An established CPA firm is seeking an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping functions for a diverse portfolio of clients. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable independently managing multiple sets of books in a deadline-driven environment. This position requires strong QuickBooks proficiency, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to communicate directly with clients regarding their financial records.

• Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple clients across various industries.
• Experience supporting accounting operations with exposure to accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Working knowledge of QuickBooks and the ability to navigate accounting software efficiently.
• Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience reviewing and processing invoices in an office environment.
• Ability to organize financial records, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines consistently.
• Clear communication skills and a detail-oriented approach when handling payment or billing matters.
