French Bilingual Customer Service Representaitve

Our client is seeking a motivated and service-oriented French Bilingual Customer Service Representative to support customers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, resolving customer concerns, and providing professional support in both French and English. The successful candidate will act as a trusted resource for customers by answering questions, processing requests, and ensuring a positive customer experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for French- and English-speaking customers.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues and ensure timely follow-up.
• Monitor customer requests from initiation through resolution and provide status updates as needed.
• Process orders, returns, refunds, and account changes accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and update information in company databases.
• Educate customers on available products, services, and self-service resources.
• Identify trends in customer concerns and communicate feedback to management.
• Support customer retention efforts by building strong relationships and delivering a positive service experience.
• Assist with special projects and administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Fluent in both French and English, with the ability to communicate professionally with customers and internal teams.
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with multiple computer systems and learning new software.
• Dependable, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
• Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, retail, hospitality, or another customer-facing role preferred.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and quality.
