We're seeking four Fleet Managers to join a highly respected and rapidly growing transportation organization in Chattanooga. These are urgent openings with candidates potentially starting as early as next week.

About the Role As a Fleet Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact and advocate for approximately 20-30 trucks and their drivers. • Serve as the primary point of contact for drivers regarding:
  • Routes and dispatch questions
  • Home time planning
  • Maintenance coordination
  • Payroll and operational questions
  • Day-to-day support and issue resolution
  • Build strong relationships with drivers and serve as their advocate
  • Communicate proactively with customers and internal teams regarding service updates, delays, and solutions
  • Troubleshoot unexpected issues and develop action plans quickly
  • Update operational reports and spreadsheets as needed
  • Handle a high volume of calls, emails, and text messages throughout the day
  • Prioritize competing demands while maintaining outstanding customer and driver service

Why Candidates Love This Opportunity

  • Make a direct impact on drivers' success and livelihoods
  • Build meaningful relationships with employees and customers
  • Join a stable, growing organization with an excellent reputation
  • Work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same

  • Opportunity to grow within a thriving transportation organization

You enjoy being the person people rely on. You can juggle multiple priorities without losing focus, communicate confidently during challenging situations, and genuinely care about helping others succeed.

If you're looking for an opportunity where your relationship-building skills, problem-solving abilities, and leadership potential can shine, we encourage you to apply today. These are immediate openings, and interviews are being scheduled now.
