Financial Analyst

The Robert Half Full-Time Engagement Professionals practice is seeking financial analysts to help organizations make sound business decisions by evaluating financial data, forecasting trends and providing actionable insights. These professionals play a key role in budgeting, reporting and strategic planning across departments.

Responsibilities:

• Analyzing financial data to identify trends, variances and performance drivers
• Preparing reports, dashboards and presentations for leadership and stakeholders
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes
• Conducting profitability, cost and investment analysis to guide decision-making
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align financial goals and strategies
• Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics
• Building and maintaining financial models to support business initiatives
• Assisting with scenario planning and risk analysis
• Staying current on industry trends, economic developments and financial best practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a financial analyst or related-accounting role.
• Experience owning budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong financial modeling capability.
• Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
• Experience with FP&A tools and ERPs
