Responsibilities:

  • Drive the annual budget, quarterly outlooks, and longer-term financial planning cycles by gathering inputs, validating assumptions, and consolidating results.
  • Produce monthly reporting materials, including performance summaries, variance reviews, and presentation-ready insights for leadership discussions.
  • Build and refine financial models that evaluate strategic investments, pricing scenarios, profitability, and other key business decisions.
  • Examine financial and operational results to uncover patterns, highlight risks, and identify opportunities for improved performance.
  • Work closely with finance partners and cross-functional leaders to deliver recommendations backed by data and business context.
  • Create and maintain Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and other reporting tools that provide visibility into executive, departmental, and operational metrics.
  • Streamline recurring reporting activities through automation to enhance accuracy, consistency, and turnaround time.
  • Convert business reporting needs into scalable analytics solutions while supporting reporting standards, metric definitions, and data governance efforts.
  • Perform ad hoc analysis using enterprise data sources and warehouse environments, and assist with data validation, reconciliation, and overall data quality improvement.
  • Contribute to Adaptive Planning support, model upkeep, data integration enhancements, and broader process improvement initiatives across Finance and business intelligence functions.
  • At least 3 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a closely related role.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform financial modeling, variance analysis, and ad hoc analytical work in a business setting.
  • Hands-on experience developing reports or dashboards that translate data into practical business insight.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial and operational information and communicate findings clearly.
  • Proficiency with data extraction, manipulation, and analysis techniques across multiple data sources.
  • Experience using business intelligence and reporting tools, including Power BI, to support decision-making.
  • Familiarity with planning and forecasting processes, including budgeting, reporting, and performance tracking.
