This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with complex data, balancing competing priorities, and producing accurate, well-organized analysis that supports strategic decisions. This is primarily a remote opportunity, but the candidate would need to commute to the New Orleans area for strategic meetings and quarterly team meetings.
Responsibilities:

- Gather and synthesize both numerical and operational healthcare data to support valuation and consulting assignments.
- Perform targeted research on physician specialties, clinical services, procedures, and reimbursement trends to inform project conclusions.
- Partner with senior analysts to develop financial analyses and contribute content for formal valuation and advisory reports.
- Manage several assignments at once by adjusting priorities based on business needs and direction from team leadership.
- Maintain up-to-date project documentation and status records within the designated project management tools.
- Complete special analyses and time-sensitive requests while meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Support strong client service by delivering dependable work, communicating professionally, and helping maintain positive client relationships.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by following company standards, adopting relevant technologies, and promoting accuracy in all deliverables.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a closely related discipline.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience, ideally within healthcare, accounting, consulting, or legal services environments.
- Demonstrated ability to perform financial analysis, financial modeling, variance analysis, and ad hoc analytical work with a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, along with working knowledge of Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while working under tight timelines and maintaining attention to detail.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
- Experience handling confidential information with professionalism, sound judgment, and discretion.
- Client-focused mindset with the initiative to add value, support team success, and deliver high-quality service.
