Financial Analyst

We are looking for a Financial Analyst to support business performance through insightful reporting, forecasting, and financial evaluation in Marysville, Ohio. This role focuses on interpreting data, building models, and delivering clear recommendations that help guide operational and strategic decisions. Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial evaluations and recurring reports to highlight trends, risks, and performance drivers across the business.
• Build and maintain forecasting tools and financial models that support planning, budgeting, and decision-making activities.
• Conduct detailed variance reviews to compare actual results against budgets, forecasts, and prior periods, then explain key differences.
• Perform on-demand financial analysis for leadership by gathering data, assessing scenarios, and summarizing findings clearly.
• Use data mining methods to identify patterns, improve visibility into business results, and support deeper financial understanding.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to collect relevant inputs, validate assumptions, and strengthen the accuracy of financial insights.
• Translate analytical findings into concise recommendations that help stakeholders evaluate opportunities and make informed decisions.
• Proven experience in financial analysis with the ability to interpret results and communicate business impact effectively.
• Strong capability in financial modeling, including building structured analyses to support forecasts and scenario planning.
• Experience performing ad hoc analysis in response to changing business questions and leadership priorities.
• Solid understanding of variance analysis and the ability to identify root causes behind performance changes.
