- Complete recurring financial reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis while ensuring deadlines and accuracy standards are consistently met.
- Research financial data within company systems, perform detailed analysis, and translate findings into practical recommendations.
- Support the improvement of accounting workflows by refining procedures, strengthening documentation, and increasing process efficiency.
- Help uphold internal controls, accounting policies, and financial procedures across assigned areas of responsibility.
- Examine financial transactions, determine appropriate accounting treatment, and escalate or resolve issues when needed.

- Background supporting financial operations within a manufacturing setting is strongly preferred.
- Experience in corrugated, packaging, printing, or a closely related industrial environment is a plus.
- Working knowledge of financial analysis, variance review, financial modeling, and ad hoc reporting.
- Understanding of internal controls, business finance principles, and standard accounting practices.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across multiple levels of the organization and influence decision-making through clear analysis.
