Fall Sample Sale Ambassador

We are looking for a welcoming and attentive Fall Sample Sale Ambassador to support a busy market environment. This contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys assisting guests, creating a positive first impression, and helping maintain an organized entry experience. The person in this role will interact with visitors, vendors, and clients while supporting on-site operations during a high-traffic event period.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome attendees, vendors, and clients at designated entrances and provide an attentive first point of contact throughout the event.
• Conduct temperature screening and follow established health and safety procedures before granting site access.
• Offer clear directions, answer basic event-related questions, and help guests navigate the venue efficiently.
• Monitor entry areas to maintain orderly traffic flow and escalate concerns or unusual situations to the appropriate on-site team.
• Support the phased arrival of vendors and clients by assisting with check-in coordination and general guest services.
• Communicate courteously with visitors in person and, when needed, by phone to address routine service inquiries.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-of-house environment during operating hours.
• Previous experience in customer service, guest services, reception, call center support, or a similar public-facing role.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with a wide range of visitors and business partners.
• Comfortable following screening procedures and site-specific safety guidelines with consistency and attention to detail.
• Ability to remain composed in a fast-paced environment and manage high visitor volume effectively.
• Clear verbal communication skills and confidence in providing directions and responding to common questions.
• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a detail-oriented presentation suitable for an event setting.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work at assigned entry points throughout scheduled shifts.
