- Prepare and organize service orders for vendors and venue partners such as electrical, internet, audiovisual, equipment, and sampling providers to support efficient event setup and breakdown.
- Partner with internal stakeholders on special initiatives, including exhibitor meeting space arrangements, supplier recognition activities, and offsite event logistics.
- Work closely with marketing, client services, and external vendors to improve event communications across websites, email campaigns, and webinar channels.

- Support the creation of printed and digital event materials while assisting with post-event surveys, summaries, and operational reporting.
- Maintain event databases and produce recurring reports, ensuring data accuracy and preserving historical records for future planning and analysis.
- Assist with expense tracking by organizing projections, reviewing invoices, following up on payments, and preparing documentation for approvals and disbursements.
- Travel to event locations as needed to provide onsite logistical coordination and exhibitor support during live operations.
- 1-2 years of experience in event coordination, customer service, venue operations, hospitality, facilities support, or a related internship.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to communicate professionally and build effective working relationships with exhibitors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with particular strength in Excel for tracking, reporting, and data management.
- Solid customer service skills and a proactive approach to resolving operational issues.
- Ability to travel up to 25% to support onsite event execution.
