ERP/CRM Developer

We are looking for ERP and CRM professionals interested in exploring new opportunities with growing organizations across the Pittsburgh market. We are partnering with multiple companies investing in enterprise technology, business systems optimization, digital transformation, and application support.

Location: Pittsburgh, PA (Hybrid, and Onsite Opportunities Available) Compensation: $85,000 - $180,000+ depending on experience and position Schedule: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

• Configure, support, and optimize ERP and CRM platforms
• Gather and document business requirements
• Design system enhancements, integrations, and workflows
• Support system implementations, upgrades, and migrations
• Create reports, dashboards, and automated processes
• Troubleshoot application issues and provide end-user support
• Partner with stakeholders to improve business processes and system adoption

Qualifications:

• Experience supporting ERP or CRM platforms
• Knowledge of systems such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Workday, or similar technologies
• Strong business analysis and project delivery skills
• Experience with integrations, reporting, or application development preferred
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
