ERP/CRM Developer

We are looking for an ERP/CRM Developer to support the design, customization, and ongoing enhancement of enterprise business applications in Elmhurst, Illinois. This role focuses on building scalable solutions, translating operational needs into technical outcomes, and improving system functionality through thoughtful development practices. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in platform customization, integration work, and collaboration with stakeholders to deliver reliable business applications.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize ERP and CRM platform features to align with business objectives and user needs.
• Create client-side scripting solutions that improve usability, automate tasks, and support efficient workflows.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and convert business needs into clear technical documentation and actionable development plans.
• Build and maintain APIs and system integrations to enable secure, dependable data exchange across business applications.
• Manage configuration changes across environments while maintaining consistency, stability, and deployment accuracy.
• Troubleshoot application issues, resolve defects, and optimize system performance to support day-to-day operations.
• Contribute to solution design discussions, recommend technical improvements, and ensure development work follows established standards.
• Support platform updates and enhancement initiatives, including work related to broader system or process changes when required.
• Experience developing and supporting ERP and CRM solutions in a business environment.
• Proficiency in client-side scripting for application customization and user interface improvements.
• Ability to create and interpret business requirements documentation and translate it into technical solutions.
• Hands-on experience with configuration management and controlled deployment practices.
• Knowledge of API development and integration methods for connecting enterprise systems.
• Background in Salesforce development or comparable platform customization experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
