ERP/CRM Developer

We are looking for an experienced ERP/CRM Developer to support enterprise integration and reporting initiatives for a university environment in Tampa, Florida. This contract-to-permanent position focuses on building, enhancing, and maintaining Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions that connect critical business systems, streamline data movement, and improve reporting capabilities. The ideal candidate brings strong technical depth in Oracle Fusion integrations, extracts, reporting, and workflow configuration, along with the ability to partner effectively with business and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain Oracle Fusion Cloud integrations and data extracts that enable secure, reliable exchange of information across enterprise applications.
• Develop inbound and outbound interfaces between Oracle Fusion Cloud and connected platforms such as HR, timekeeping, and administrative systems.
• Produce reporting outputs and file-based deliverables in multiple formats, including delimited, fixed-width, and other structured layouts required by downstream processes.
• Support large-scale data conversion and loading efforts by mapping source data, validating results, and using Oracle tools to manage ongoing updates.
• Build BI Publisher reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions that provide timely operational insight for business users.
• Configure workflow rules, approval paths, and security components to support employee and manager self-service processes within Oracle Fusion.
• Participate in design, development, testing, and deployment activities across the full software development lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot integration failures, data issues, and performance concerns, and recommend technical solutions that improve stability and efficiency.
• Prepare technical documentation, configuration records, and test support materials to ensure solutions are maintainable and aligned with enterprise standards.
• Strong hands-on experience developing and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions in an enterprise setting.
• Proven expertise with Oracle integrations, extracts, BI Publisher, security configuration, and Oracle Integration Cloud.
• Experience creating and supporting complex inbound and outbound interfaces, reporting extracts, and data load processes.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve integration, data quality, and application performance issues in complex environments.
• Familiarity with reporting and analytics development, including dashboards, prompts, filters, and formatted output generation.
• Working knowledge of workflow configuration, approval routing, and security administration within Oracle Fusion.
• Strong documentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, business users, and project stakeholders.
• Experience with client-side scripting, API development, configuration management, and business requirements documentation is preferred.
