ERP/CRM Consultant

For our client, we are seeking an experienced ERP/CRM Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, integration, and optimization of enterprise business applications. This individual will collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party vendors to improve business processes, streamline operations, and maximize the effectiveness of ERP and CRM platforms.

5+ years of experience implementing, configuring, or supporting enterprise ERP or CRM platforms. Hands-on experience with platforms such as SAP, Oracle ERP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, NetSuite, or Workday. Experience with system integrations, data migration, application configuration, and workflow automation. Strong understanding of business processes across finance, accounting, supply chain, HR, sales, or customer service. Experience with APIs, SQL, ETL processes, and integration tools such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or Azure Logic Apps. Ability to gather business requirements, perform gap analyses, and translate business needs into technical solutions. Experience supporting UAT, troubleshooting production issues, and implementing system enhancements. Strong communication skills and experience working with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
