Entry-Level Underwriter

The company will provide training and support you in obtaining your Property & Casualty (P&C) License, allowing up to 12 months to complete the licensing process.

What You'll Do

• Review insurance applications and supporting documentation
• Learn how to evaluate risk using established underwriting guidelines
• Gather and analyze information needed to make underwriting decisions
• Process applications accurately and efficiently
• Communicate with agents, customers, and internal teams
• Maintain quality, compliance, and service standards
• Build expertise in insurance products and underwriting practices

Compensation

• Competitive hourly pay during the temporary assignment
• Target annual salary upon conversion: $45,000 - $55,000
