End Point Engineer

Robert Half is seeking an End Point Engineer to design, implement, maintain, and secure the enterprise endpoint environment across Windows, macOS, and iOS devices. This role will focus on Microsoft Intune administration, OS and third-party patching, software packaging and deployment, policy management, configuration baselines, and endpoint security within a regulated financial services environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and support Windows, macOS, and iOS endpoints
• Administer Microsoft Intune for device management, compliance, and application deployment
• Oversee OS lifecycle management, patching, and upgrades
• Handle third-party application patching and software deployments
• Administer Group Policy (GPO) and Intune policies
• Maintain endpoint configuration baselines and security controls
• Support endpoint security tooling across on-premises, cloud-managed, and remote environments
• Troubleshoot endpoint issues and drive continuous improvement
• 5+ years of endpoint engineering or desktop engineering experience
• Strong experience with Microsoft Intune, Windows, macOS, and iOS
• Expertise in GPO, patch management, software packaging, and deployment
• Experience with endpoint security tools and compliance standards
• Background working in a regulated environment, ideally financial services
• Scripting and automation experience preferred
