Employment Attorney

Full-service, midsize firm with a strong management-side employment and litigation practice is seeking an Employment Litigation Attorney to join their team in Portland, OR. This is a hybrid remote role.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Handle employment litigation matters in state and federal courts.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation-related filings.
• Take and defend depositions and support oral argument preparation.
• Respond to state and federal administrative charges on behalf of employers.
• Advise employers and HR professionals on workplace compliance issues.
• Draft, revise, and update employer policies and employee handbooks.

Salary and Benefits: The salary range for this position is $160,000 to $200,000. Qualifications:

• 3+ years of employment litigation experience.
• Active Oregon bar admission preferred; Washington admission is a plus or willingness to obtain licensure.
