A growing professional education company is looking for an Employee Experience & Engagement Coordinator to help develop employee learning initiatives, coordinate internal training, and support career development programs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing people-focused projects and making sure employees have the resources they need to succeed. Rather than focusing primarily on company parties and social events, this position centers on learning opportunities, employee development, and internal program coordination. You’ll work with HR, department managers, and outside training partners to keep programs organized and participation on track.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate employee training sessions, professional development workshops, and onboarding programs.
- Maintain training calendars, registration lists, attendance records, and completion reports.
- Communicate program details, deadlines, and resources to employees and managers.
- Coordinate external instructors, training vendors, meeting spaces, and virtual sessions.
- Track employee certifications, required courses, and renewal dates.
- Gather participant feedback and help identify opportunities to improve training programs.
- Assist with career development initiatives, mentorship programs, and internal learning campaigns.
- Prepare program summaries and participation reports for HR leadership.
- Maintain employee learning resources and training documentation.
- Support the rollout of new employee development initiatives across departments.
- 2+ years of experience in training coordination, employee development, HR programs, or learning administration.
- Strong organizational and written communication skills.
- Experience coordinating schedules, vendors, and multiple projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and presentation tools.
- Ability to manage confidential employee information and changing priorities.
