Ecommerce Developer

We are looking for an experienced Ecommerce Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-performing online shopping experiences. This role combines technical development expertise with a strong understanding of ecommerce functionality, customer experience, and conversion optimization.

Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and support ecommerce platforms and storefronts.
• Build new features and integrations with third-party systems such as ERP, CRM, payment gateways, and shipping providers.
• Optimize website performance, security, scalability, and conversion rates.
• Create responsive user experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and business stakeholders to implement enhancements.
• Troubleshoot bugs and perform ongoing maintenance and upgrades.
• Support SEO best practices and technical optimization initiatives.
• Monitor website performance and recommend improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of ecommerce development experience.
• Experience with Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, WooCommerce, or similar platforms.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern web frameworks.
• Experience integrating APIs, payment processors, and third-party applications.
• Knowledge of website security and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with Git and modern development practices.

Preferred Skills

• Shopify Plus development experience.
• Headless commerce architecture experience.
• Experience with Google Analytics, GA4, and ecommerce reporting.
• Understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles.
