Dispatcher

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Dispatcher to coordinate schedules, communicate with drivers/field personnel, and ensure timely service delivery. • Schedule and dispatch drivers, technicians, or field personnel to customer locations.
• Monitor daily routes and service schedules to ensure timely completion of assignments.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employees in the field and provide real-time support.
• Communicate with customers regarding service updates, delays, and appointment changes.
• Track and document job status, route progress, and service completion.
