We are seeking reliable and motivated Dispatchers to join a fast-growing logistics operation in Delray Beach. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy coordinating operations, communicating with drivers, and ensuring deliveries stay on schedule. Multiple openings are available with immediate start dates.

Shift Options

• Full-Time: 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM
• Part-Time: 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Seasonal Part-Time: 5:00 AM - 9:00 AM [FW: Better Trucks | Outlook]

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily delivery routes and driver schedules
• Monitor deliveries and communicate status updates
• Troubleshoot delivery issues and escalate concerns as needed
• Maintain accurate dispatch records and data entry
• Support operations teams to ensure timely deliveries
• Communicate professionally with drivers and internal stakeholders

Qualifications

• Background checks required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Computer proficiency and accurate data entry skills
• Logistics, dispatch, transportation, customer service, or operations experience preferred
• Reliable attendance and strong organizational skills
