DevSecOps Senior Engineer/Lead

Our enterprise client is seeking a Senior DevSecOps Platform Engineer to help drive cloud platform engineering, DevSecOps transformation, and AI-enabled software delivery across a complex digital ecosystem. This is a hands-on technical leadership role focused on building secure, scalable, and highly automated cloud-native platforms while enabling development teams to accelerate delivery and improve operational excellence. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD automation, cloud security, and platform engineering, along with a passion for emerging AI-assisted engineering capabilities. What You'll Do

• Lead DevSecOps and platform engineering initiatives supporting enterprise-scale digital products and applications.
• Design, build, and optimize secure CI/CD pipelines to accelerate software delivery and improve deployment reliability.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) frameworks using modern automation tools.
• Manage and optimize cloud-native environments across development, QA, staging, and production.
• Implement security controls, compliance automation, vulnerability management, and software supply chain security best practices.
• Enhance platform reliability, resiliency, disaster recovery, and operational readiness.
• Build observability solutions including monitoring, logging, alerting, and performance management frameworks.
• Collaborate with software engineering, architecture, infrastructure, and cybersecurity teams to improve developer experience and platform scalability.
• Drive cloud modernization and automation initiatives across enterprise environments.
• Evaluate and implement AI-powered engineering tools to improve developer productivity, troubleshooting, automation, and operational efficiency.
• Mentor engineers and promote DevSecOps, SRE, and cloud engineering best practices across teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or similar disciplines.
• 3+ years serving in a senior-level technical role such as:
• Senior DevOps Engineer
• DevSecOps Engineer
• Platform Engineer
• Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

• Advanced experience with AWS cloud technologies, including:
• EKS/ECS
• Lambda

• Strong experience building CI/CD pipelines using tools such as:

AI & Modern Engineering Experience Candidates should have practical experience leveraging AI-powered engineering tools and modern software development practices, including:
