We are looking for a Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making for a growing organization in Avon, Ohio. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong analytical thinking with hands-on experience in reporting, pricing data, and process improvement. You will work across business systems and datasets to build reliable insights, streamline recurring work, and deliver clear outputs that help teams operate more effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytical outputs that turn business data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Manage pricing-related information and core master data, helping ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability across operational processes.
- Build and enhance automated reporting solutions that connect with back-office platforms and reduce dependence on manual data preparation.
- Review existing workflows to identify inefficiencies, then apply Excel, AI-enabled tools, or system integrations to improve speed and reliability.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to gather reporting needs, clarify business questions, and translate requirements into practical analytics solutions.
- Monitor data quality across source systems and resolve inconsistencies that could affect reporting, forecasting, or operational decision-making.
- Create presentations and summary materials that clearly communicate findings, trends, and recommendations to business audiences.
- Iterate quickly on deliverables by incorporating feedback, refining outputs, and continuously improving the usefulness of analytical work.
- 2-4 years of experience in data analytics, consulting, FP&A, revenue operations analytics, or a closely related field.
- Advanced Excel skills and practical experience using generative AI tools to improve analysis, reporting, or workflow efficiency.
- Working proficiency in PowerPoint with the ability to present analytical findings in a clear and business-friendly format.
- Experience maintaining, analyzing, and validating pricing data and other master data in a business environment.
- Familiarity with business systems, back-office platforms, BI environments, or data warehouse tools; exposure to NetSuite or similar tools is a plus.
- Demonstrated success creating at least one automated dashboard connected to operational or back-office data sources.
- Hands-on experience automating manual tasks through AI tools or integrated third-party solutions, including delivered outputs used by another person or team.
- Proven ability to respond well to direction, incorporate feedback, and improve work product through repeated iteration.
