We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join a busy support team in New York. This Contract position focuses on delivering timely assistance to customers, handling high-volume phone interactions, and ensuring orders are entered accurately. The ideal candidate is attentive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing both inbound and outbound communication while maintaining a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming customer calls courteously and provide clear, helpful support for a range of service needs.

• Enter customer orders carefully and verify information to support accurate processing and timely fulfillment.

• Work efficiently in a call center environment while meeting service expectations for responsiveness and quality.
• Prior experience in a call center or customer-facing support role.
• Ability to manage inbound and outbound phone conversations with confidence and professionalism.
• Experience with order entry and a strong focus on accuracy when handling customer information.
