Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support customers through a high-volume call center environment. This contract position focuses on delivering courteous service, handling inbound inquiries, and accurately processing customer orders. The ideal candidate is comfortable speaking with customers by phone, resolving routine issues efficiently, and maintaining a dependable, detail-oriented approach throughout each interaction.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming customer calls promptly and provide clear, helpful assistance for questions, requests, and common service concerns.
• Enter customer orders with a high level of accuracy and confirm important details to help prevent processing errors.
• Handle a steady flow of call center interactions while maintaining service quality, attention to detail, and a positive customer experience.
• Place outbound calls when needed to follow up on requests, clarify order information, or provide updates to customers.
• Document customer conversations, order activity, and issue resolution steps in the appropriate records or systems.
• Resolve routine service matters efficiently and escalate more complex concerns to the appropriate team when necessary.
• Prior experience in customer service or call center support is required.
• Ability to manage inbound calls professionally in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with order entry and maintaining accurate customer information.
• Comfortable making outbound calls for follow-up and issue resolution as needed.
• Strong verbal communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Solid attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
