Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support a busy customer contact environment in Golden Valley, Minnesota. This Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys assisting customers, handling high-volume calls, and ensuring orders are processed accurately. The person in this role will provide responsive service, resolve routine inquiries, and help create a positive experience with every interaction.

Responsibilities:

• Handle a steady flow of inbound and outbound communications to support service and follow-up activities.

• Resolve common service issues efficiently and escalate more complex concerns when appropriate.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requests are addressed in a timely manner.
• Previous experience in a call center or customer-facing support role.
• Ability to manage inbound customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong order entry skills with a high level of accuracy and consistency.
• Clear verbal communication skills and a detail-oriented phone manner.
• Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls as part of daily responsibilities.
• Solid customer service skills with the ability to remain patient and dependable under pressure.
