Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email.
• Process orders, update accounts, and enter information accurately.
• Resolve customer concerns and coordinate with internal teams.
• Track order status, shipments, and follow-up requests.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service, call center, or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new systems.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
• Reliable attendance and a customer-focused approach.
