Customer Service Representative

Robert Half is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a growing Honolulu organization. This role requires excellent communication skills, a professional phone presence, and the ability to provide exceptional customer support while handling a high volume of inquiries. Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently
• Assist customers with questions, concerns, and service requests
• Process orders, update customer records, and maintain accurate documentation
• Respond to emails and other customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Resolve customer issues and escalate complex matters when necessary
• Maintain detailed notes and records within company systems
• Provide general administrative support as needed

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
• Previous experience handling multi-line phone systems required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work onsite in Honolulu
• High school diploma or equivalent
